Return and Exchange Policy

At kimclayco, we want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

Eligibility: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned within 30 days of purchase. Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned.
Process: Contact us at kimjewelrystudio@gmail.com to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and reason for the return. We’ll send instructions for the return process. Please note you will be responsible for return shipping if the items are not defected
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved returns will be processed within 5-7 business days, and the refund will be applied to your original payment method.
Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.

Exchanges

Eligibility: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at kimjewelrystudio@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
Process: To initiate an exchange, email us with your order number and photos of the damaged item. We’ll guide you through the next steps.
